Port-Hotel’s main objective is implementing a programme of new hotel projects at selected locations in Poland. We both build hotels independently and participate in joint hotel projects with business partners, with a view to ultimately owning and managing these facilities.
Our primary interest is building and operating business and economy class hotels. Apart from an agreement with Marriott International, Inc. allowing Port-Hotel to manage Courtyard by Marriott Warsaw Airport hotel, we have concluded a New Projects Agreement with the corporation, under which it has a priority right to grant a Courtyard by Marriott franchise to any new business standard hotel project developed by Port-Hotel in Poland.
Works aimed at erecting a luxury five-star hotel next to Terminal A of Warsaw Chopin Airport are currently underway. The investment will be financed by 'Polish Airports' State Enterprise and the hotel will be managed by Port-Hotel Sp. z o.o. The opening of the hotel is scheduled for 2013.
