The company’s main objective is to implement new hotel projects at selected locations in Poland, including airports and city centers. Its strategy is to build and operate business and economy class hotels under the brands of recognizable and well-established international hotel chains. Port-Hotel’s strategy is aimed at building hotels independently and participating in joint hotel projects with business partners, with a view to ultimately owning and managing these facilities. Our strategy is based on a stable financial situation, wide knowledge and experience in the lodging sector.
Courtyard by Marriott Warsaw Airport hotel in the vicinity of Warsaw Chopin Airport was the first project carried out by Port-Hotel Sp. z o.o. – the sole owner of the property. What is more, Port-Hotel is the only Polish company permitted to manage the brand Courtyard by Marriott.
Our new projects currently underway are: a luxury five-star Renaissance hotel situated next to Warsaw Chopin Airport and two-star Hampton by Hilton hotels in Warsaw and Gdansk also located in the vicinity of airports. The implementation of the new building projects situated by the airports will definitely lead us to taking the dominance on the lodging market in these parts of the cities.
